Dino Consalvo has been seduced by Merewether Beach, painting ‘en plein air’ as often as he can, at least once a week, for the past 6 years. He speaks about his time there as important as breathing, drawing and painting from life has taught Consalvo more lessons than he could have been discovered in the studio. That’s the idiosyncratic nature of ‘en plein air’ painting. 

This will be Consalvo’s second solo exhibition at Duckrabbit and his fourth exhibition investigating the alluring power of Merewether Beach.
